Again, I have to say that your chances are almost nil. Made worse by the recent raft of name changes. Probably an Odontocidium before those changes where the Genera Odontoglossum had most species moved to other Genera. Your orchid looks a little bit like the one pictured on the top LHS in the link.Found by google search
