My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Please clarify ship and delivery for items "ready to ship in 3-10 days

Several garden sculptures say that they are "ready to ship in the continental US in 3-10 days". I am looking for items that would be delivered in 5 days (to Maryland). Would these items ship tomorrow so priority delivery would get them here or would they ship in 3-10 days so the possibility of delivery in 5 days is very slim. Also, can you tell me from where the items ship? Thanks

    We make up the items as they are ordered. Most of them are in stock. Some of the larger items take a little longer. We usually ship by UPS so there is about a five day shipping time from California to Maryland. It could even take a little longer. We could ship priority mail only on a few because of the size. I have not used priority mail that often so am not really sure what items could ship. Ups does offer a 3 day but there are additional charges. We ship from Merced, California.
