Home Site and Cost of "The Shadywood"

Good day. I would like to know if you build on private homesites. In addition, what would the cost be to build this particular home?

We are currently renting a David Weekly home in Avalon Park, FL and are looking for home a site in the Orlando through Lake Mary area that has no home owners association in order to accomodate a pool and a third car garage on a lake. So any help will be greatly appreaciated. Purpose for non-association is the restriction in home site and size of home to an array of different features like gas range -vs-electric to give an idea.
