This is probably a silly question, but have you made sure they are not accidentally getting filtered into a junk or spam folder?

Not a silly question, Emily. I realized I needed to submit a ticket instead of posting this as a dilemma and Customer Service was fabulous. That is exactly what had happened. I've never had that happen before and I have no clue why it suddenly started. But there they were, sitting right in the spam folder. Thanks for responding. I felt rather silly but I'm glad they figured it out!
