We'll leave the lights up then. It's an open canvas. Both over and around the mantel. Perhaps I'll send a few more photos when we have some furniture. We just renovated our kitchen too. Will post pics too. thanks for your comments.

yes do. just ignore them basically and once you have what you like over the mantel....we can get the lights just right.
