I am doing a complete remodel of a family restaurant (from breakfast and lunch diner to rustic Italian). I've attached a photo of where the space is going, lots of old wood (sandblasted ceiling and beams), new wood (white oak), existing brick, polished concrete floor, and the tables and chairs will be walnut. We are struggling with how to convert the private dining room. It is an akward space with a soffit and crown moldings. It has a hallway that leads into a square room with a large window. Would appreciate help on how to incorporate what we currently have going on in the main room into this one or how to take the hand that we have been dealt and make it a more appealing room for a private dinner.
