The lighter blue gray would work, but it's probably going to read lavender so before you commit to it, paint a larger area to see how it looks with your light.

The darker gray would be too dark for the entire house without adding an accent wall.

You could also pull that sea green color out of your tile and go with that which would be extremely attractive.
