Sarah, you didn't mention what part of the country you're in, and that can be useful info.

Unless you live in a hot and dry part of the country, your camellias probably can get by without additional watering- rainwater is enough in parts of the country that aren't experiencing drought. From what I can see, your plants look fine.

The camellias that bloom in the fall are mostly sasanqua camellias. What you have are not sasanquas- they are probably japonica or hybrid camellias, and it's quite possible that they're spring bloomers, and will bloom soon. (It is possible, though, that the buds should have already opened, but got frozen, and are not going to open.)

Most japonicas/hybrids bloom for a few months anytime between November and March. Spring-blooming or fall-blooming camellias tend to be more popular in zone 7 or colder since camellia flowers are less likely to get zapped with freezing temps if they open in April or October than in January or February.

Six camellias in front of each window? That sounds kinda crazy. Generally speaking, camellias should be planted at least 6' apart, though if a pruned hedge look is desired, plants can be planted somewhat closer to each other.

If you plan to move them to other parts of the yard, try to plant them where they'll get some shade. Also, don't plant too deep, and once they're planted, be sure to mulch to keep the plants from drying out. There are good online directions for how to move and plant camellias, but those are the basic rules of thumb.
