Help? I got a mystery/x-file smell in only one of my bedrooms. I have oil forced hot air. The smell is like paint or maybe burning plastic. There is no smell near furnace. Air duct serving smelly bedroom serves only that bedroom. Vent duct passes through attic but no smell in vented attic. Vent cover in smelly bedroom is relatively new and thought there might be protective film over paint finish, but to no avail. Any ideas out there.
