A with the toilet against the shower wall as in C so you can install a wall to the left of it an offer a bit of privacy from the vanity and mirror.

I second A's note to completely enclose the commode. A pocket door would work well with plan B.

I vote c with a pocket door. That way the shower becomes a feature because it isn't behind the door.

Well actually C---only reversed---toilet where shower is and vice-versa----tank and shower share dividing wall. Pocket door... CheerS!

I vote C but flip the toilet 180 degrees and put a half wall up to provide some privacy. Put a pocket door on the main door to the bathroom or remove altogether and make the entrance arched. This will solve the issue of having a main door bump into whatever is on the other side of it (shower, toilet, your knees!).

I vote for apennameandthata suggestion. Your bathroom will definitely smell so much better. Another benefit would be that anybody else can use the toilet when someone is using the bathroom. Furthermore I would install a wall hung toilet. This gives you more space and it is way better to keep it clean. Also a second sink would be necessary.

Here an example with a corner installed wall hung toilet and a corner sink. The room is only about 3 feet by 4 feet however the door opens to the outside.

Sorry, not "D". There are two doors to open between the toilet and the sink for washing hands. Ick.

"A" defiantly you can also put water resistant curtains or reg-sin material curtains to make your commode a bit private and separate, put your curtains on the rod between your closet and wall on which you have shown your toilet paper.

None quite "B"/"C".

I would put the loo from option "C" were the radiator is and the towel radiator were the loo is. Then put a small wall behind the door, with a sliding/pocket door within it. Connect a switch to the sliding door to an extractor.

The vanity unit I would consider moving slightly nearer the bath to make it more free standing and therefore stand out more.

With the loo, radiator swap you will have a towel to hand immediately on exiting the shower and the loo will be more discreet or shut off when needed.

I agree with the comment about a toilet you can mount on the wall to help with mopping.

I don't know if it will help but mine is very much similar, only where your sink is we have the toilet just to left hand side of door closed by walls to the ceiling, on the back side of it, is the shower , then Jacuzzi in same place as your bath but in the corner. Where your toilet and shower is we have the two sinks, and shelving on either side. In the far end facing Jacuzzi we have a floor sink ( like a shower base but smaller) made of tiles just for washing or soaking feet. It has a seat made of tiles too.

B or C and I definitely agree with all the comments to enclose the area with the toilet with a sliding door or pocket door! I think it'll be much more functional that way!
