Since it sounds like you like color [as do I!], you might think about using a light apricot color. I did my bathroom in this color as I have an old linoleum floor with grays, creams and peachy orange in it that I needed to match. It looks great, and is very warm.

What color is the floor and counter, as you should work with those. Would a mocha suit and go mid-range to dark if you want drama.
