My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

random basement room

just bought a house with a large basement that will be finished. it also has a separate very large room which I'm guessing was used for a bedroom. we don't need anymore guest bedrooms and we don't need a office or work out room. any suggestions on what to do with that room?
