Think fewer items, larger scale, and some unifying elements such as color, item or style. For example, the middle section above the TV would balance it better if you had three larger items there in place of the small scale artwork and ceramics.

sooz is right. Take all the stuff down around the cabinets. Then put a big piece of artwork to the right. You've got a great start; just declutter.
