You could also do a full length mirror on the side wall. It would reflect the windows and useful for guests.

The room is lovely, and you have such nice things. The bedspread especially is an interesting design. I too love the windows, but the room is a bit chopped up. Does the door beyond the bed lead to a hallway or bath? If the door leads to a hallway, is it possible to move the entry door to the right of the closet doors, as the closet is shown in the second photo? This would enlarge the wall space on the side where you have the small aqua lamp, and it would allow you to place the head of the bed on this wall. Provided you can turn the bed, a chair and small table in the inverted "V" of the windows would look great too.

Interesting ideas! @sheilaskb the wall next to the closet backs up to our master bath, so moving the door isn't an option...

Could you get by with a twin bed and put the head against the wall and to the right of this door? What is to the right of the closet doors, as shown in the photo? This is such a pretty room, but I would like to see the other two walls.

A twin wouldn't work...we have tons of overnight adult guests (grandparents, aunts & uncles, etc). We have plenty of guest kid sleeping with trundles and bunk beds in the children's rooms. So, this room we dedicate to the grownup guests. The space next to the closet is just a bump out that gets blocked by the door when it is open.

It is a lovely room, and it has given me some design ideas. Thanks for sharing!

If you moved the bed those few inches towards the window maybe on the other side you could put a long and narrow glass top table (like a sofa table) instead of the nightstand. Put your lamp on it, a mirror above that and a pretty framed print above the bed! I think it would look bigger that way, not so much wood in a small room.

Guests have a closet for their clothes and some drawers under the TV, so I think the chest at the window is unnecessary and is blocking the view. The skinny buffet lamp is not needed here either. I'd like to see a low bench under the window so guests could sit to remove shoes without sitting on the bed. A low upholstered headboard and your art piece hanging above it would add a lot. Both the tables you're using at the bedside are too tall. They should reach the top of the mattress. Add a lamp and the two pieces together should reach 58-64" above the floor, but not be higher than the top of your headboard.

Love the room! And you have cute things! The arrangement of the room seems like it's the only option with that size bed. I liked linlac's suggestion to hang some art on the large wall that's currently bare, or maybe a mirror. There's a lot of opportunity for a really fun headboard here!

Love what you've done - and adding either a mirror or art above the bed is all that's missing. You've decorated with function in mind - which is paramount. This is a guest room, do you need the 2 dressers? Perhaps instead of the dresser by the windows, you can put a lovely chair and slightly bigger "nightstand" between it and the bed? If you don't have room for a chair, maybe a bench. Right now, the only place to sit or lay out clothes is on the bed.
