Anyone with experience choosing the best gourmet range for a home captive to propane - our neighborhood does not have natural gas available, so we receive much higher Btu propane from underground utility-style system attached to larger centralized tanks. I can't simmer a thing with our Kenmore Gold cooktop (which we've confirmed has the proper propane nozzles). I want to get a gourmet range (Thermador, Viking, Wolf, or such). Which works best with propane?
