I would suggest some wood trim, about three inches wide and 1/4-inch thick, to go around the room at the height of the window sill or below the apron, with the latter requiring you to change the height of the towel bar. I would suggest painting the trim approximately the same color as the floor tile. Below the trim, I would suggest a pastel version of the blue-green floor color (three or four shades lighter) and white for the wall area above the trim. The cabinets appear to be a pale peach on my computer, so I would go with peach-colored towels when showing the house. A few teal accessories would be fine, but I would avoid having the teal overpower the peach since you already have blue-green in the floor and the proposed wall trim and lower wall.

Just make sure everything is clean, clean, clean. That is the best & most appealing attribute for any potential home buyers. Add a high end shower curtain if there is a tub shower. Add a crisp white curtain & fluffy white towels. Finish with a soft color soap dish & a bright live orchid.
