We built a house and still have to get the final grade done. Currently the Driveway and Patio and being completed. I need to burry my downspouts but was wondering when I should install my pipe for the sprinkler system.

Before final grade or after?

My thought is after since there prob will be a tractor of some sort driving all over the yard doing final grade.

I am just having a very hard time finding a local place that rents out the Vibrator Plow (Pipe Puller) so I don't have to trench the new final grade and mix it up with the rough grade under it.

Any thoughts/tips would be awesome!
