Go vertical with the office section, using one entire wall for shelving, storage, desktop, etc, to leave plenty of space on the floor for the workout section. See "office wall" in Houzz Shop and Photos for examples. Having something you can close off is conducive to peace-of-mind, too, once work is done.

I want to make this room an office, guess, gym room. I'm thinking to keep the desk where is at and put some wall shelves on the wall facing the desk and on the wall on the right of the desk do a art wall. On the left of the desk I'm thinking to put my treadmill. I want to a get a sofa bed nothing big and place it by the window. What do you think? Please any ideas count
