My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This was a mix of DuraSeal stain to get this toned floor. If you are interested in something similar play around with DuraSeals Spice brown with Jacobean or Coffee Brown is a nice tone as well!

    You know what, we don't have that information. We had our hardwood floor contractor mix a bunch of options on site, on the floor and we decided onsite and at that point signed off on it. Sorry we don't have that information for you.
