What are the floors?

Every gray-ish kitchen I see lately has light wood floors. But, interestingly (to me, anyway), a lot of them are in the UK or Australia. I am in the US, but love this look.

would love to know the stain/type of floor as well. we are installing a similar color cabinetry and want this floor as well! although would go with 5" planks. was thinking hickory with a stain similar to this. thanks!
