Doesn't Jersey have code fir safety railings? That's a long way down from the front door.

Great question that I do not have the answer to, unfortunately. What actually happened, was I Photoshopped the yellow marking tape around the perimeter, as they had just finished the job the day before! I would assume by now that they've installed a railing, but I have not been back to the site. This was taken in July of 2012. Thank you!
