A lot of pros on Houzz have incredible amounts of work to do running their companies. Its very harsh to criticize them like this. Houzz is a free service for its users and these pros are not paid for their time.

Our designers have worked with Stonewood for many years now, and working with them, along with their communication and end product is always top notch! Their team is always on site striving for the best product, so as you can see, it can sometimes be difficult to answer all the questions they get on houzz.
