Hi there!

We have just purchased a new home and we are lacking ideas in how to make it a more useful layout and give it more homely feel.

We plan to use the middle bedroom as opposed to the 'Main Bedroom' as the middle one gets most light from across the corridor, since this is first floor and there is a terrace with a large glass pane (as can be seen from the image below, room is right opposite).

We would like to also replace the current bathroom with a bedroom, and vice versa with potentially part of the current 'Main Bedroom'
