My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Experience with louvered roof?

I am contemplating louvered roof (specifically those that are powered by solar power)--to those who have it, would you recommend it? Biggest concern to me is reliability and maintenance cost due to the solar power/battery and electrical motors?
