I have a very similar set up although I think my dining room is wider. I'm shopping for a pendent light to go over the dining table and also have a sloped ceiling with 2 skylights. How much of the picture window does this light fixture cover? I'm trying to find something that would work like this room that wouldn't take away from the view of the picture window. I read from previous post you did not source the light but I'm hoping you know the length of it or have suggestions on what is an ideal length to minimum the obstruction to the view. Thanks,. K
