Weak Looking Chives

Hi there,
I'm new to growing herbs and my chives have started to look a bit weak. I've had them for about 3 weeks now and they were fine on Monday but they started to look a bit sick on Friday. I've attached a photo of the plant. I don't know what's wrong and would really appreciate any advice.
