My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Yes, we are based in Illinois. Inverness is a suburb of Chicago.

    Inverness is a beautiful village between Palatine and Barrington in the NW suburbs of Chicago. The village requires each homeowner has 1 acre of land with the exception of a small number of multi-family areas and just a few areas that were annexed. The schools are fabulous and the people are incredible. You would love it.
