I would guess the color to be "Shore" by Restoration Hardware, or one of it's analogous friends.

There's also a color called Benjamin Moore's Shenandoah that reads bluish in print and online, but in reality it's a medium to dark green. I wouldn't be surprised if this picture is of a color that is actually green and not blue. ;) It's best to print this image you like, take it to the paint store and match to the image to get the color your eyes see.
