Satin or even Matte. Both are very popular.

Satin or matte unless you are a high gloss fan. Satin gives a nice glow without showing too much dust/dirt/scratches. Matte finish, especially with darker floors, have shown sweaty foot prints (oil from skin = shinier than floor = visible foot print). This is one of the few complaints I've seen with matte finish. Don't know if that matters to you...just thought I would bring it up.

Personally I'm a fan of satin. My commerical cork floors are finished with satin and they hide a lot of things...like dust and lack of housekeeping (we sweep 1/week in the office...we don't take very good care of our floors and yet people still love how they look). I think some of that has to do with the satin finish hiding our egregious lack of housekeeping skills;-)

Matte would look great with that style floor.

The low sheen looks great and is very durable now days. The trick is putting many coats to make sure there is enough build on the floor for durability.
