Building a vacation home in Florida. Have gone round and round on kitchen layout. I have appliances where I want them now, and I know that it doesn't fit typical work triangle in kitchen but I can live with that. Microwave will go in cabinet on side of island near pantry. Current design is inspired by simplicity and budget. Losing upper cabinets helps reduce costs as well as forces me to keep kitchen stocked with only what we need and use. Plates and glasses will be all white and can easily be placed on open shelving.

Kitchen will be white shaker cabinets with a light granite. In addition, the dining area adjacent to this will have a built in bench flanked by two tall cabinets where I plan to set up a coffee machine, etc. Question, how does it look? Any suggestions or ideas? Thanks!
