I second the second one! But recommend the closed part to the hanger face out. Meaning the opening of the hook face the back wall so when the paper is being pulled off the roll, the whole roll doesn't pull off the hook. Plus easier to install. One screw and you're done!

I kinda like the Kohler model .. no argument about over vs under!

Had the Kohler one once... I never stayed tight on the wall and was always drooping toward the side closest to the toilet.
