I bought garlic cloves at Farmers Seed in Faribault, and then I read on the U of M site that they should be planted in the Fall in Minnesota and harvested in July of next year. Farmers Seed says they can be planted in the Spring too. I wonder what other MN gardeners do with their garlic. When do you plant and when do you expect to harvest?
