THANK YOU!!!! So funny I had come across this picture on Houzz and was staring at it wondering if it was reclaimed wood, or wood that has been stained :) It looks amazing. Like I mentioned the guy who I had bought the barn wood from has raised his prices so much it's just not worth it. This definitely helps. Would it be to personal to ask how big your wall is and did you measure out the studs and drill the wood into the studs? Also how much did this coast you? sorry if that's to personal.

Not too personal at all, it cost about $120 total (including the stain), the wall is about 8X8 we didn't even cut the boards...that's the size they came in. We used toggle bolts to attach to the drywall (it's not very heavy) .... It was VERY easy, Read the blog post...pretty sure averything you need to replicate it is in there. If not, just give me another shout out..

Isn't he just great? Chief Sitting Bear by Edward Curtis was bought at Ikea (of all places) about 5 years ago...Wish they still had them, and I had bought 20...People ask about him all the time.
