My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks! It is steel. We had a foundry fabricate it and this was a finish they applied to it.

    would you mind telling me what kind of patina you used for this? and the process? what of steel was used and how thick? I appreciate any input, we want to this on our fireplace :)
