What did you use for the kitchen flooring?

I have a '50s ranch kitchen remodel in the near future and I'm interested in knowing what you used for the flooring and how you transitioned to the wood floors. Thanks!

Glad to help! Marmoleum by Forbo - (style, Piano; color, 3607 Grey Dusk).

The contractor laid sheet Marmoleum over the substrate and subfloor which gives us an exact and even transition from Marmoleum to the original oak flooring in two places. We were prepared to use a Schluter strip but didn't need to do so. Good luck!
