My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    These chairs are from a company called Orient Express, you'll need a California resale and or be a furniture retailer, or designer to open an account with them. However, they no longer carry this exact chair. You may want to try your local furniture retailer.
