The luminary is this photo is lit by an LED light. You can use candles to light the luminary as well. The best way to light them is to use solar light found at any hardware store.

And I will only need to buy led light bulb? And is possible send in Czech Rebublic some luminary in the garden and on the tree?

The luminary does not have it's own power supply. You will need to purchase a light KIT , not just a bulb from your local hardware store. The better option is to purchase a solar light and place it on top of the luminary. I am selling the luminary only. They are made from upcycled metal coffee cans. Yes, I can ship to the Czech Republic.
