My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the wood floor and what stain did you use on the doors and trim

I love everything about this house. Can you tell me what wood floor you used, and what stain colors for the doors, trims and wood ceiling ?

    The flooring is an engineered hardwood calle Antique Impressions - Hickory Line.

    The beams are Douglas Fir stained with a Sikkens product Called Cetol-SRD.
