Imperial Island Hoods

Has anyone had any experience using Imperial Island Range Hoods? I've narrowed down our options to 2 of their 54" models to support the use of a 48" Thermador Rangetop, but I can't seem to find many reviews online. I'm mostly concerned about how noisy it is...

I'm looking at the same hood now for my new kitchen. Did you buy the Imperial? How is it working out, or did you buy something else? Regards

I did! It was the only good I could find that was powerful enough and big enough for my cooktop. I can post pictures later but we learned some hard lessons.

We got the one with 2 fans... They are powerful, but the power is concentrated in the center of each fan. So even though the vent itself is huge, you really only get maximum suction from the center of each vent.

Thanks for the prompt reply. So would you recommend this unit or perhaps in hindsight, look at another option?
