yes a regular carpet store can do this. choose a middle, choose borders, they sew them together and bind the whole thing. our dining room is square, this was our only option that we could find.

some manufacturers will do custom shapes, with borders, but you may have to look around. Many Ethan Allen design centers have workrooms that will do this, as well.
