Keep it classic! Dark grey siding, crisp white trim, and a black roof. Choose your favorite color in a deep bright value for the painted front door or do a wood tone fiberglass door. Don't get exotic you will regret it.

Note the wood trim on roof ceiling, door, garage door to soften the colors. Wood tones are most likely fiberglass material to keep costs down and wear forever.....I think this is a color called Iron Grey hardie siding. Good luck.

agreed ... we're thinking of using James Hardie's Monterey Taupe + Woodland cream for gables + sail cloth for trim

I'm fairly sure my sister's house is Monterrey Taupe and I would it is a very light beige. In reality I would say it doesn't look anything like your inspiration picture

I like your house. It's amazing how different things look in real life than when you just have a couple of samples the size of an index card.
