I have a plumeria that I let go dormant every winter, keeping it fairly warm, but no water. I put it outside a couple weeks ago and leaves immediately started popping out but they're only an inch or two long. Yesterday, I discovered an inflo!! Is it unusual to have blooms before there are leaves? The only other times I've had blooms they occurred in September.
