The green would be very attractive and isn't too dark as the others appear to be from what I can see on my monitor.

I vote for a lighter shade of the green. A dark green will close in the house because your windows are small for the expanse of the walls. Also, you have no landscaping around the home and a dark color will look like a hole from a distance.

Here's a color I love - kind of a Hunter Blue/Green. I think you could add some shingles too.

I like the navy color but also consider BM Azure.

Like the lighter green color . easy , natural , I never get tired of it .

I love both of your color options, but with your house's existing amount of windows and trim relative to amount of siding, I think both will be too dark. I'd suggest a lighter shade of green as well. Good luck - looks to be a beautiful setting!

Thanks to all for your input! I'm off to the store to seek out a lighter gray-green. Hardscaping and landscaping are next on my list. Also considering adding some stone accents on the house (when we decide to change the siding) and will be adding white shutters on the windows (there were existing shutters; we removed them to have these new windows installed and have not yet put them back up. ) Any thoughts on accents and landscaping would also be appreciated. Its a 1970s bungalow so the exterior definitely lacks interest. I love the cottage look and have lots of ideas but really struggle to "see" the vision.
