Hardening off after pause

I started my seedlings at the beginning of April from seeds. After sprouting they immediately were put outside in a mini-greenhouse for 10 days or so.

However, I had to go on a biz trip for 10 days and didnt want to ask neighbours to monitor outside. So the seedlings went inside under the lights, with bottom watering instructions.

Should I follow the traditional hardening off process with them now? Or could put them outside in direct sun right away after 1-2 days in the shade?

Do the full hardening off process. i experience it nearly every year though usually not as long as 10 days. It happened to me this year after a ~ 2 day pause and lost 4 or 5 seedlings that were barely starting their 2nd set of true leaves. I forgot to place them in shade after what was intended to be a 15 minute reintroduction to the sun, it ended up becoming a full hour i believe. All of them were sunburned, but i overplanted 2:1 so i'll just select the strongest.

Live and learn ... sometimes :)
