I downsized and now have a two bedroom newly built duplex with an air exchanger and am trying to get a simple answer. Being a recent widow and living in an older home before I only dealt with a furnace and air conditioner. Now I have this and during the winter I was given advice to set the dehumidstat at 45 but what do I set it at now in the summer. Furnace is off due to warm weather (Ontario).. Should I invest in a dehumidifier for the basement. Asked the company (life breath) and after 30 minutes of an explanation am still confused...HELP....
