I think the front is actually very appealing. The garage could use a little work- maybe a nicer door? Honestly aside form the roof, I would spend the majority of the money fixing the back up and adding some more landscaping in.

Looking for some help on roof color and shutters. Here's a mockup I did changing to black shutters and roof.

the person who buys this house, will like the style. paint the shutters and front door black or a darker shade. truthfully the real eye sore is that garage addition...and that back sun room thing.. I would take down the back sun porch and create a outdoor seating area with a pergola. as to the garage. paint the garage a taupe, sage, or something other than white. remove the lamp post, or built it up in brick. update the exterior light fixture to black and a little larger on the garage.

I am sure this is long resolved however here is what I would do:

Unify the roof line (note in back it is all at the same level) to the back position. Then cover that cartoon brick with stucco in a vanilla color, paint shutters black, kill the columns, add wrought iron princess balcony or french flat railing and add french doors to second floor instead of windows. Change all windows to leaded glass windows that open out. Bash up that concrete slab porch and steps that get wider at the base with iron railings . Get rid of the "colonial" or "italianate" pediment above door and the prison cell storm door. add landscaping to empty front yard to create courtyard and wall it in. Stain driveway or put a stone stamped stained concrete on top. Take beveled edges off the garage door and add "carriage doors with iron detail. larger sconces on either side of door. Current lamps way too small. Tear off "4-seasons" addition on back and put proper conservatory.

Kind of a lot for a 60's split level that you are going to flip but that is what I would do depending on the neighborhood
