Master Bed and Bath design

My husband and I just bought a small house and we are going to convert the single car garage into the master suite. My husband would like to enclose the toilet and shower, but have the sinks in the bedroom. Does anyone have any ideas where this actually works? We just closed, and I haven't been back to the town to get exact measurements. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Here is a home that I did a few years ago that has that exact set up . WHat you can't see in the photo is that behind the door is a room that just houses the toilet. Across from the sink is tub and shower. It works really well and the homeowners absolutely love it.

Just the sound of that makes me cringe. If anything, put the sinks and toilet in the same space and the shower in another. But why would you want to? Keep a bathroom separate. Always.
