The grass-like plant is Carex morrowii 'Aureovariegata', the upright green looks much like Ilex crenata 'Sky Pencil' and the gold leafed one is a heuchera, maybe one like 'Lime Ricky' or similar yellow leafed cultivar.

How long are you tending these plants? Other than routine watering, the only necessary care for the season is perhaps some supplemental fertilization, in which case, if not been done recently, you could apply some Osmocote and then forget about it :-)

If longer than just a few months or through the primary growing season (now to October), get back to us.
