My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Why engineered planks on the ceiling and poplar on the walls?

You noted that you used different material for the ceiling than the walls. Any reason you didn't use the engineered planks for the walls? It was recommended to me to use the engineered on my sheet rock walls in Florida because it would be more stable, less prone to warping with the high humidity. Can you offer your thoughts? Thanks!
