You can buy fragrant water lilies anywhere that sells pond plants in person. Or you can go online and buy them, just do a search.

I bought my lilies from Home Depot, but they are not fragrant. They are hardy lilies though, and they bloom nice. They come in netting at the bottom, so I put my pond tab in that, and throw it in the deepest part of my pond.

You have a natural bottom on your pond, so just throw them in, not near water movement, pick a decent spot that doesn't have movement and throw them in. They will sink, if they don't, just put a fish weight in the netting so it does.

The lily will grow up to the surface within a couple days, it's amazing, I swear they grow overnight. Your pond is at least 3 feet deep, so it will probably take a couple days.

That's it. It will definately root good and grow for you, they can really grow thick and spread if they are happy. You don't need a pot, not in a natural pond. I don't use a pot and I don't have a natural pond, they do just fine.

I have waterlilies growing in the soil in the bottom of my ponds, they're doing quite well. I never fertilise them, the fish and other "creatures of the deep" do that for me.
